To whom it may concern, I needed a new air handler and heat pump package. In Dallas Texas no air conditioning is simply not an option for me. The original install was pitiful, with the unit horizontally placed in the attic where vent and supply returns required crawling on your belly to service the unit or change the filters. House comfort was ok, but not as good as one would like. I put my needs out on bid and entertained 5 different residential HVAC contractors. Among these were Trane, Carrier, and so forth. John Malko of Allied American Service Co. did the best job of selling me on his product [Trane] and the install. John and Tricia Malko, of Allied American Service are representatives that Trane needs to be aware of. John delivered on his promises, meeting or exceeding my time, price and expectations. My new XL 16i /4 ton has performed beautifully as promised. My electric bills are indeed lower while overall comfort of the house has improved. Johns’ install work made everything tidier and easier, as I no longer have to change the filters on my stomach. Thanks again Allied.
