I live in Illinois but have a home in Grapevine, TX so when I have problems with my heating and a/c unit in Grapevine, I want to call someone I can trust to do a good job and won’t take advantage of me. I’ve called you, Allied American, twice now and had Henry both times as my Service Tech. I LOVE Henry! He’s knowledgeable and does a great job in no time flat. Moreover, I trust him completely to tell me exactly what‘s wrong and to fix the problem right the first time! In addition, he arrived exactly when the office said he would both times. Finally, Trish at the office is WONDERFUL! I’m thrilled to have contacted such a competent, thoughtful, gracious company. It’s hard to find good service nowadays but I found it with Allied American. Thanks, Henry & Trish. You both are the very reasons why I’ll call Allied American the next time I have problems with my heating & a/c.
